Round 2 Tai Chi is run by someone with extensive Information Security experience, so I take data confidentiality and privacy seriously.
- If you visit this site while signed into Google, your profile information may be used to tally generalized demographics of who is visiting my website. This information is used for marketing and SEO purposes but is not retained by me.
- If you visit a form hosted by Google or on this website while signed into Google, it may pre-populate the form with some information from your Google account. I do not receive this information unless you hit submit, and will only use the information to contact you in regards to your inquiry and then discard it.
- When you register as a student at my school, I collect the information from you shown in the registration forms, and these records are stored securely. Attendance and account balance information is stored along with these. Three encrypted copies of the information – 2 in my possession, and one backed up in a secure cloud vault. None of these records are accessible physically or online without multiple authentication layers.
- I do not collect or retain credit card information during payments, but your payment type may divulge information such as Apple ID, Google ID, or email address when a receipt is generated. I will retain this information only for proof of payment so that your payment/account balance can be validated if you request, and it is stored in the same manner as registration information.
- Our Cookie Manager plugin for WordPress should tell you about the data it collects and offer you the choices to opt out of pretty much everything. If it acts up, please contact me.
