Here is a list of recommended supplies and other resources:
Shoes:
- If you require an orthotic, use your orthotic with the flattest-soled shoe you can find
- Otherwise, look for “Wide Toebox Zero Drop Barefoot shoes”. Whitin is a popular brand.
Socks:
- Padded socks work well for the YMCA and ok at our Studio
- Grippy/non-slip/soccer/Yoga socks work ok for the YMCA and well at our Studio
Shirt:
- First one free with school registration, replacements $25 apiece – inquire in class.
Pants:
- Comfy black opaque pants. I teach using these.
Weapons:
- Tai Chi Broadsword: Southern Dao Style
- Tai Chi Jian: with tassel and case
